Did you start off the year with great resolve to achieve your laundry list of goals?  Most of us, being human, start off the year with a bang, but then lose a little steam along the way. February is the time when our resolve to achieve our goals starts to wane.  By March or April, most of us can’t even find our list of goals, much less remember what they were.

I recently watched a great TedTalk by Matt Cutts.  He recommends trying goals in short, doable spurts.  He calls them 30 day challenges, with the idea that we can do anything for 30 days.  I recommend that you watch this video and as February begins, reinvigorate your goal achievement by setting a 30 day mini-goal.
